The use of PayPal incurs a convenience service fee from PayPal and a transaction fee for the chapter regardless of the method of payment or selecting friends and family. That non-refundable fee is 2.9% plus $0.30 and is included in the prices for the item below.
As of January 14th,2020, we were notified that PayPal will no longer refund any fees.
Effective immediately, the 2.9% + $0.30 PayPal fee is non-refundable.
